Cinnamon Rolls
An American classic that is sure to become a regular in your household. From start to finish, it should take a little over an hour (unless you’ve frozen some!).
For an extra treat, brush on 3 tablespoons of tahini with the butter, before adding the filling. Add chopped dates to the filling and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Dough:
2.5 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for the counter
2 tablespoons sugar
1.25 teaspoons baking powder

Glaze:
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1.5 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
*Melt 7 tbsp of unsalted butter in a heatproof measuring cup or .5 quart saucepan and measure out as needed as called for
*If making more than one batch, I recommend making the separately, to make pressing out the dough easier
*The glaze can be frozen in 2 tbsp portions per 2 rolls
