Cod and Potatoes
You really only need cof, potatoes, butter/olive oil, salt and pepper. And you aren’t sacrificing anything by taking advantage of this very easy, very simply recipe.
Cod and Potatoes

Ingredients
4 or 5 medium potatoes, 2 pounds or more
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or melted butter
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1.5 pounds cod or other fillets, about 1-inch thick (skinned), in 2 or more pieces
Bake temp: 400F/200C Bake time: 40 minutes for potatoes; broil fish for 6-10 minutes
