Homemade Crackers
Who'da thunk it?! You can make crackers at home! An ideal snack to keep around with salty butter or cheese or any sort of bean spread. Add your own toppings and make them as thick or as thin as you prefer!
Homemade Crackers

1.5 cups (190 grams) all-purpose flour (or oat flour)
1.33 cups (170 grams) spelt flour or whole wheat or rye
1.25 teaspoons (7 grams) fine sea salt
1 teaspoon (5 grams) baking powder
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2/3 cup water
sesame seeds, black onion seeds, caraway, seeds, etc, for topping
flaky sea salt to taste
