The purpose of Cooking Companion TV is to introduce you to new ways of treating familiar foods and ingredients. I research recipes for just the right combination of ingredients, mostly to fit my preferences. And I hope that by this point, you trust my taste and recommendations.
This is a list of recipes that I’ve discovered while researching specifically for the channel and have become a family favorite (meaning, I’ve made them more than once since discovery).
They say you need at least 15 recipes on regular rotation to avoid feeling like you eat the same thing all the time, and these have definitively expanded my menu!
