Caramelized Shallot Pasta
Trying to emulate one of my favorite restaurant’s dishes and it’s pretty close. I’ll keep playing and updating this page with developments.
Caramelized Shallot Pasta
Ingredients:
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
10 shallots, halved then thinly sliced
salt and black pepper
1 pound spaghetti
optional: 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, chopped parsley, torn spinach
