Taco Meat
Keep this in your freezer for an easy weeknight dinner (or throw it together when you get home!). Great for nachos, tacos, or however else you like to eat your taco meat.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt (and more to taste)
1 pound ground beef (90% lean)
1/2 cup smooth canned tomato sauce (or 1/4 cup tomato paste + 1/4 cup water)
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp light brown sugar
