Tahinov Hatz

Tahinov Hatz

A fun pastry to keep around for coffee dates, or for a traditional Greek Orthodox Lenten! An Armenian pastry, popular in Lebanon because of the Armenian population there. This is very similar to Greek Cypriot tahini pies, or tahinopitta, a very popular Lenten treat. You can make them very small or gigantic! Also, they’re vegan! On Lenten holidays, no animal products or by-products are allowed.
