Cultured Vegan Sour Cream

1 1/4 cup raw cashews
2-3 probiotic capsules = 1 teaspoon of probiotic powder; or use a vegan yogurt starter
1 cup water
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

*Notes on the probiotic capsules: They cannot have the prebiotic included. Use capsules versus tablets because the tablets have to be crushed. One capsule equals 1/3 of a teaspoon.
