Yogurt Tahini Fish
You don’t really need the recipe for the measurements - let this be your experiment to trust your tastebuds!
Yogurt Tahini Fish
Ingredients:
half an onion, sliced into half moons
half green bell pepper, sliced into strips
2 filets of thin, white fish (tilapia, sole, flounder)
olive oil (to baste fish)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
1 C yogurt
1/2 C tahini
juice of half a lemon (or more to taste)
1 garlic clove (optional)
2 tbsp butter/oil
sliced green onions & pine nuts (optional)
Temp: 400F
Bake time: 10 minutes
