Ingredients:
3 tbsp coconut milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
zest & juice of 1 lime
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp mace (or nutmeg or allspice)
4 tsp yellow mustard seeds (or 2 tsp ground mustard)
14 oz cod fillets

Bake: 180C/400F - 15 minutes or until no longer glassy
