Tanzanian Coconut Curried Okra

Ingredients
1 pound fresh okra, cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tbsp butter
half an onion, diced
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Recipe summary: Add diced onion and spices to melted butter and brown the onions over medium heat, about 8 minutes. Add the okra, coconut milk, and apple cider vinegar. Gently stir to combine. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
